Perm - anent DAMAGE! Relaxer Gone Wrong

This is one rare time I'll allow someone to call this a Perm, not a Relaxer!

This "Relaxer" went wrong on so many levels. Does anyone know what the oil sheen was for? I'm sorry but LOL!
